Proving to be an act to watch in 2025, WA indie pop-rock band Joan & The Giants (now based in Naarm, Melbourne) have supported global superstars P!NK and Tones & I at Optus Stadium and they’ve recently returned from a theatre tour across the country supporting US pop icon Belinda Carlisle. The four piece landed Triple J Unearthed feature artist after the release of their single 'Born in the Wrong Time' which also won them the Happy Mag 'Needle in the Hay' comp and Best Rock Song / Runner Up Song of the Year at the 2024 WA Song of the Year Awards. Joan & The Giants are captivating crowds and critics across the country with their heart on sleeve, anthemic pop rock music. Helmed by powerhouse Queer vocalist Grace-Newton Wordsworth, this band will leave you feeling just as giant as they are.
