Joel is a singer-songwriter from Surigao City, Philippines. He was into music from 1995 up to 2002 as a keyboardist in a variety show band. He started to pursue songwriting in 2018 after his 1st written song made it to the grand finals in a national songwriting competition. His passion for music continues to inspire people in his songs. His genre of preferences is novelty, ballad, pop, light jazz, RnB, blues among others. He is currently signed as a Madhouse Record Label artist. He is a regular member of Filscap (Filipino Society of Composers Authors and Publishers, Inc.).
