Joey Marini was born in St. Louis, Missouri but grew up in New Albany, Indiana about 15 mins away from Louisville, Kentucky. He started getting involved with music at the age of 15 back in 2008 just rapping with friends on a labtop and a usb microphone. He has been working on his craft since then and gaining a true ear for music. His proficient understanding of what sounds mesh well with other sounds for beat production is simply incredible along with his clever punch lines & well put together hooks that are easily at the floor front of being radio hits every release. He is the CEO of Indy Cut Entertainment that is based out of the southern Indiana and downtown Louisville, Kentucky area also known as “Kentuckiana”. Joey Marini at 26 has several accolades and accomplishments already. From his music video “Insane” being nominated for “Best Music Video” of the year and being nominated for “Rookie of the Year at the Kentucky Urban Awards.
