“Hazey Days” conveys that it’s important to understand & accept that the future is uncertain. At times we may be unclear about where our lives are headed but it’s okay to be lost. Love and happiness can be found in those moments of confusion as long as we are seeking to find them.  All of us go through hard times. The hard times can be big or small, but we all face them. We use different coping mechanisms to get through things; for me it was music. I’ve always had a hard time opening up to people and sharing my story but music allows me to bridge that gap. It reminds me that every single phase in our lives is just that, a phase. This world is transient. Change is inevitable and the cycle goes on. Good days come to an end. So do bad ones. Today, where there is sorrow, there may be joy tomorrow. I know what it’s like to feel alone even though you may be surrounded by people who love you. From a period of dissatisfaction within myself, music represented passion, commitment, and self expression — qualities I once lacked. It allowed me to realize that the barriers my mind created imprisoned me. I was waiting for someone to inspire me, motivate me, someone who would help me become the person I envisioned in my fantasies. Throughout this journey, I learned I was waiting for myself. I want to use my music as a platform to connect with people and create a movement of positive change. Just the hope of a better tomorrow is what keeps us going, even on the Hazey days. 🌥
