John Wilds

John Wilds is a worship leader, songwriter, and recording artist with a heart that embraces to proclaim the love and presence of Jesus. Music has been John’s passion from a very young age, learning to play the piano at six years old, and then going on to lead worship at the age of 17. John has been serving the local church for 20 years, while traveling the world to serve the global church.

John joined the Bethel Music collective in 2021 and made his debut with the song “Forever Be Praised” on the album Simple (2022). Most recently, John released a new live EP called I Want Jesus (Live) (2025) which is a collection of powerful and intimate moments in worship. He is also featured on Bethel Music’s album We Must Respond (2025) leading “The Lamb (Alleluia) - Live,” and the album Moments: Wait (Live) (2024) leading “Show Me Your Face (Spontaneous).” In 2023, John and Bethany Wohrle led “Our King Jesus (Holy)” on Come Up Here (2023). John tours with the collective and continues to collaborate with many writers, producers, and musicians on various projects.

John and his wife, Natalie, currently reside in Daytona Beach, Florida, with their three children. He is the Worship Pastor at Calvary Christian Center in Ormond Beach, Florida, and builds up young leaders for the next generation. John’s heart for the local church is a lifelong commitment, with a passion for people to encounter the Father’s love.
