Jonathan Portillo, better known by his stage name “Johnny Ca$h 301”, is an independent artist coming out from Silver Spring Maryland. Back in 2017, the then unknown artist started to make songs with his friends for fun. His friends quickly encouraged him to take music more seriously as he seemed to have great musical abilities. He came into the rap scene back in summer 2018 releasing his first EP “The Cash EP” and a music video to go alongside, which got him started with a small following. Since then, the talented artist has been experimenting with his flows and has dabbled more into the pop/love trap style of music where he delivers extraordinary melodies and heart felt lyrics. The artist seemed to have taken a break but he is now on his way back up and has recently been coming out with more consistent bangers. His biggest inspirations come from artist like Juice Wrld, Lil Skies, XXXTENTACION, Lil Wayne, Drake, Eminem, Etc.
