Jon Billick's career started in New York City and the foundation for his love for house grew after having held a three-year residency at West Village bar Le Souk; playing weekly with some of the city's best artists, including Todd Terry and DJ Dove. In his younger years, Jon's time spent working in the Ministry of Sound/Hed Kandi America offices provided a crash course in the latest and greatest of electronic music and inspired the beginnings of his career.
Over the years, Jon has had a number of successful releases on labels like theBasement Discos, ESUOH, GLB DOM, Rhythm Vibe and more; Jon's tracks have been charted or supported in sets by notable talent like Kerri Chandler, Todd Edwards, Cinthie, Riva Starr and Josh Butler.
As a DJ, Jon has played to dance-floors in cities like Washington DC, Paris, New York, Berlin and Amsterdam at notable clubs like Elsewhere (NYC), Sisyphos (Berlin) and Flash (Washington DC), opening the floor or closing the night for Mateo & Matos, Doc Martin, Cinthie, and more.
