Jon Lightfield was born 3rd of July in Oslo, Norway.
Even in the early years he was told his guitar abilities were not good enough and his english was below average - so of course he chose the pattern of a singer / songwriter focusing on using english as the language and guitar and keyboard as instruments. His style has been told to be anything from easy listening to folk/soul. Himself, his aim is always no boundaries.
He can only be described as a late bloomer, closing into the big 50. Not that he cares to much of this - young at heart and mind is his mantra. Music has no age limit - nor to early or too late. Maybe that is why is first EP has been titled: A Demo Too Late.
In the meantime you will find him somewhere doing smaller pubs and clubs for now.
