A protégé of jazz piano great Kenny Barron, singer, songwriter and pianist Jon Regen’s 2019 album "Higher Ground" made five Best Albums of the Year lists and was acclaimed by Rolling Stone, Billboard, BBC Radio 2, Allmusic and other media outlets. It was produced by Jamiroquai's Matt Johnson and featured performances by legends like Andy Summers of The Police, Benmont Tench of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Chuck Leavell of The Rolling Stones, Nick Rhodes of Duran Duran and others.
