b. London, England. This San Francisco, California, USA-based ambient techno artist most frequently records under the Spacetime Continuum moniker. Originally an acid jazz session drummer in the UK, Sharp began DJing at the Spacetime parties held in a hologram factory in London. He relocated to the US in the early 90s, setting up a new studio in San Francisco and establishing his own Reflective Records imprint. In addition to his work as Spacetime Continuum, Sharp has recorded projects with Pete Namlook, Bill Laswell, David Moufang, Tetsu Inoue, Mixmaster Morris and author Terrence McKenna for such leading labels as FAX Records, Source and Astralwerks. Other Reflective releases have included a Namlook remix CD and albums by Kid Spatula, Velocette and Subtropic.
