Jonathan Cigary is a singer/songwriter, worship leader, multi-instrumentalist, and producer based in Charlotte, NC. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Jonathan's family moved to Columbus County, NC when he was 7. He grew up there, loving all kinds of music from a very young age. At 12 years old, as he began to pick up and play an acoustic guitar his dad had lying around the house, Jonathan's dad took notice, indulging his interest by buying him a little white electric guitar of his own. Jonathan proceeded to learn how to play most of the Beatles catalog, starting a lifelong love for their music. The combination of learning the guitar and being inspired by the Beatles' music brought out an ability to write songs, and his songwriting blossomed from there.
He has written and recorded quite a bit over the years, with several independently produced songs to his credit.
Jonathan has led worship in most every church he has attended, whether it be where he grew up in NC, where he went to college in Oklahoma City (in school chapels and at the local church he attended), where he lived in Nashville for six years, or back in Cleveland, Ohio where he lived once again before relocating back to NC.
Jonathan continues to chase music and songs to write and is continuing to use his talents to the fullest extent wherever God puts him, whether it be at church or in his home studio recording original compositions.
