Jorunn Hodne is a performing singer and songwriter from Norway. She left journalism for showbiz in 2010 and has released three solo albums ever since.

Her first album "Trespassing" was released in 2010 and her second one "Move On" in 2012. Her third album (My Country Side Of The Story) was first released in a limited, physical edition in November 2016. The digital version "On A Day Like This" was launched August 18th 2017.

She grew up in a big musical family where both her parents were part time musicians. Her father was the lead singer in a prison band and her mother was a professional funeral singer.

Her last music video of the title cut "On A Day Like This" was filmed on the spectacular “Preikestolen” in Norway. 4o line dancers climed the 604meter high pulpit rock mountain formation to dance on the top.

Jorunn, who has previously worked for 11 years in the television industry, has been noted for her self-produced music videos. The former journalist shoots and edits almost everything with her mobile phone. One of the videos has been filmed in Cuba, another one is produced solely by Snapchat clips. Also, the second track on the album "Car Crash" features video in three versions; heterosexual, gay and lesbian.
