Josef Bamba

Leaping from the underground club scene of his native Norwegian town
Tromsø, Josef Bamba did his first headliner in the main room at Pacha Ibiza at the age of 20.
This came together in 2008 when he won one of the most prestigious DJ
competitions in Europe, and the world at that time - The "Movida Corona
World Championship". The contest, which was in a collaboration with @Pacha Ibiza Pacha Ibiza
that year, gave him a one year contract with them, one of the biggest club
brands in the world. From there on, he became a globetrotter
and have been playing at some of the most prestigious venues all
over the world, touring in Spain, Germany, Italy, Russia, Brazil, the
Middle East and also playing in countries like The Netherlands, Greece,
South Korea, South Africa and Mexico.
It started off by performing at big parties with Pacha's record label and then with the
Pacha Ibiza's world tour team - from the World Trade Center in Dubai to
Multiplace Mais in Brazil, this has opened the door for him to perform on top of festivals as
Sensations White, Extrema Outdoor.
Josef Bamba started 2016 of as one of the handpicked artists to
support @Tiesto on his 'Under the Northern Lights Tour' in Norway, and during the
past years he has already played at several 'F*** Me I´m Famous' parties
by David Guetta and 'Aoki's Playhouse' with many high
profiled artists in the scene. Now Josef Bamba is releasing music that reflects his DJ sets, a crossover between club music and dance pop.
