Josue Miguel Frausto was born May 27, 1999 in the city of Encinitas, California and raised in Oceanside, California, just 40 miles from San Diego, California. Around his early childhood, he fell in love with music. His dad used to play for a band with his brothers down in Mexico. He taught the young Frausto how to sing and would participate in little talent shows with his family. Josue has sang with the Oceanside High School Choir in 2013 to until 2017. Around 2014, his cousin Erick Medina taught Frausto how to write songs. At the beginning of his sophomore year, he meant a girl that was so cute that he would go to his iPhone and write everything he loved about her in a beautiful lyrical poetry. His favorite artists he looks up to the most are Bruno Mars, Chris Brown, and 2Pac. After Frausto graduated in 2017, he attended MiraCosta College to take a Hip-Hop class. He learned a lot from that class and began to write his first song. His first song “Out Here” is where the journey starts. A couple months later, he dropped his first album “Dead Before the Dawn”. The album is an ambient Sci-Fi, Hip-Hop, and R&B/Soul of an illusion of the emotions Frausto faced in 2018. These are stories of regret and sorrow that Frausto can’t take back to the same girl from High School. After the album dropped, Josue began to work on 4 albums releasing from 2019 to 2023. In 2024, he’ll unveil his 5th album “Pretty Girl from San Diego” redefining his music to a whole new level.
