Jousting Sticks is the sonic alias of Aidan Sealey, a Melbourne-based producer and DJ. Inspired by the darker stylings of electronic music, he takes influence from producers close and afar, such as Cabaret Nocturne, Terr and Stockholm Syndrome. His use of retro synthesisers combined with the more eclectic sounds of nu-wave guitar place him within the emerging sound of dark disco.
Recently with debut release EP "Matrix" on Musica Amor Y Locura, as well as a high profile remix for Steve Bug's "Chordwalk Empire", Jousting Sticks will be one to watch in the near future.
