Juan Mejia is a Miami based DJ & Producer, has achieved a solid reputation in the east coast Miami Music scene since 1998 for his unique brand of Club dance music. .
Juan in 1995 moved to Orlando to attend Full Sail of the Recording Arts where he got his Audio Engineering degree.
While he was in school he discovered his true calling was in the DJ world .
His passion for music is unlimited as he can play 80’s , Disco ,Pop , Latin and the always needed sophisticated cocktail hour vibe.
Juan has been around when DJ’s played records and there were no cd players. The experience is clear when Juan deals with the older demographic clientele.
As well Juan played the first two Ultra Festivals so is very flexible to adapt to the younger crowds if needed for the underground feel.
Juan has had residencies at top venues like Crobar from 2000 to 2004 where he became well known for his versatility of Music styles.
He has been working with Team Liv since they opened in 2007 and also works at the W hotel in South Beach where he specializes in the Lounge on Saturday nights since 2012.
Juan as well is playing all over the country in places like San Francisco , Chicago , New York ,Las Vegas. Globally in Asia & South America .
