After his journey through the United Kingdom for almost 10 years, with proven successes, playlists on BBC radio 2, touring the United Kingdom, Juan Zelada has now been installed in Spain for more than 9 years, offering 4 more albums, powerful concerts, border songs, collaborations with nationally established artists, and an endless number of new songs that demonstrate his dedication, commitment and love for music.
The pandemic interrupted the 2020 release of an EP recorded live called “Cercedilla Sessions” that will continue to be offered in future live shows.
New projects came along such as the union of 4 singers in Combo Paradiso. The album “Loco Vaivén” was recorded with Julian Maeso, Adrian Costa, Alberto Anaut and Juan.
During the pandemic he also recorded songs that are now to be released in his latest release. At Estudios Mans, (A Coruña) which he recorded the singles. (“I can’t go it alone”/ “Mardi gras”)
After the preview of the single “This Moment” (summer 2022), in December 2022 Juan released a new EP called “Cool Mood” in tribute to many songs recorded at Cool Mood studios, Madrid.
New concerts came in 2023 around Spain and a fresh new EP in Spanish called “Al otro lado”. In 2024 he releases a compilation of all these songs from the past 2 years, naming it “Birds Chirping” (2nd Feb, 2024) as well as new releases to be included. He once again looks forward to getting back on the road with the band and showcasing the talents of their powerful live performance!
