Cantautora y productora chilena. Su pop indie combina beats electrónicos, guitarras eléctricas y sintetizadores. Radicada en Madrid desde 2022, ya se ha presentado en vivo en España y ha demostrado capacidad de experimentar con nuevos sonidos.
Debutó en 2017 con “Más a tierra”, disco de ritmos pop, latinos rock sicodélico y folk. En 2019 lanza “la trilogía de la venganza”, en 2020 “Mantra/Plegaria” -un micro EP -, y en mayo de 2023 "Quién me cuida ahora", EP de cinco canciones que exploran sonidos eclécticos, electrónicos y vibrantes. Su último lanzamiento fue "Soltera remix".

Chilean musician based in Madrid, Spain. Releases her first album "Mas a tierra" in 2017, a folk pop album that had two very successful singles with more than 1.500.000 plays. She played in various stages of the chilean indie scene, from the most under to big festival gigs. She continued releasing singles and recently the EP "Quien me cuida ahora" and a remix of her 2020 song "Soltera", re arranged and produce by herself. Juanita La O combines pop, indie, electric guitars and synths to make her music and witty lyrics about the human contradictions and anxieties. With a husky and soft voice, she can take you for a dance or for a good walk on the park.
