Jud Hailey

Blurring the lines of what defines country music as a genre, Jud Hailey is intentionally going his own way with the periodic release of his new album Discovery.

Jud enjoys the freedom that being an independent musician provides. From performing upwards of 270 shows a year around the greater Minneapolis area to creating all of his own merchandise, artwork, and online content, Jud is a true working musician who lives to create.

Drawing on musical influences from soul, rock, alternative, blues, and pop music, Jud is releasing music that capitalizes on the fact that the modern music lover listens to multiple genres of music regardless of a designated label.

Not one to ignore the power of today’s digital media, Jud has cultivated distribution relationships that allow his music to be available in over 170 countries. Outside of his music, Jud can also be found hosting the YouTube show Brews and Eats with Badass Peeps, where he talks with other friends and musicians about life in the music industry.
