JU+DY is a new band featuring Korean artist and designer Juhee Ryu and Brooklyn-via-Midwest musician Andy Cook. The pair bring their roots and influences together, crafting a sound that blends Korean folk and rock, Midwest Americana, and NYC indie rock into a sound that is at-once familiar and unique. With lyrics in both Korean and English, the duo is backed by a band including Megan Mahoney (Early Eyes, Boyish, Miloe) and Jeremy Ylvisaker (Jenny Lewis, Bon Iver), Zach Brose, and Al Church.
