Juice Kouture

Born in New Mexico, raised in California, and currently living in Texas, Rafael Velazco (AKA Juice Kouture) has had an ear for music from a very small age. Coming from a somewhat small musical background, Rafael performed at many events as a child. From fairgrounds, competitions, recitals, school events, and even an audition for The Voice in 2017. Going by many different stage names throughout the years, Juice has a catalog that spans a total of 9 years. Recording early work through garage band and being released on SoundCloud and YouTube.
