Juice is an artist, producer, and educator, whose work uplifts and represents New Orleans culture. Juice is most known for his work with The Soul Rebels, but has taken on a solo career head on. He has worked with and been featured alongside a number of notable artists, including Metallica, Nas, Lenny Kravitz, Wu-Tang Clan, Katy Perry, and Maceo Parker. He has recorded music with artists including Big Freedia, Trombone Shorty, G-Eazy, Phony ppl, and Dave East. “The Weekend” is Juice’s first single as a solo artist. In addition to his work as an artist and producer, Julian has been teaching for over 5 years at Warren Easton Charter School and as the lead instructor for Trombone Shorty Foundation’s Trombone Shorty Academy program.
