Half Mediterranean Italian, half Black, born in Hawaiʻi as a military brat, shaped by a church-pioneering family in Detroit, and rooted by a Louisiana husband and five daughters — she has never lived inside one lane. So she stopped trying to fit and started cooking.
Gumbo Soul is her self-coined genre: Gospel, Soul, R&B, and Melodic Rap layered the way her life has been — rich, complex, and made from everything she’s carried. The sound sits between a worship set and a late-night conversation with God. Honest enough to make you uncomfortable. Sacred enough to make you stay.
Her debut EP Daddy Issues (2026) is a six-track healing arc — Wound to Fight to Surrender to Rise to Declaration to Worship — written for every woman who kept her faith even after the people who carried it let her down.
