Jules (Julia Foster) was born in Queens N.Y. Julia started in this music business late in life. When she first hit the stage is was with her husband Kevin Foster, who is also a musician and singer, they both performed as background singers for many artist. Gary Palmer is a well known Smooth Jazz saxophonist who has worked with many in the Smooth Jazz industry. Julia was featured on her brother Gary Palmers "Love Me Again" album which has made a pretty good mark in the Smooth Jazz market. Julia's husband Kevin has worked with many artist in the R&amp;B and Blues genre of music, she has a pretty good mix of talent surrounding her. Jules also picked up playing the bass late in life, but as they say, better late than never. Performing in a local band in Augusta Ga. known as Perfect Picture. Julia became one of the favorites at all the local spots, she performed at many of the festivals, and has had many articles written about her unique style and sound. Doing her own album was started a few years back when fans kept requesting it. Julia LOVES what she does, and hopes to bring some of that love to you.
