Jules

The Brazilian trio <a href="spotify:artist:7mpKdMLeJUtzF65H6KhDsU" data-name="Jules">Jules</a> mixes inspirations and influences from a wide range of styles: from early electronic to contemporary pop, rock and roll and soul music.
The band is formed by Mariana Castello (vocals), Daniel Chalfon (bass, synths and drums programming) and Matheus Zingano (guitars and vocals). The name <a href="spotify:artist:7mpKdMLeJUtzF65H6KhDsU" data-name="Jules">Jules</a> comes from the street address of the studio where they rehearse.
Their first single, <a href="spotify:album:482rzBy5t1jfWDBGrGpqvZ" data-name="Marginal">Marginal</a>, was mixed in London by Neil Comber, engineer, mixer and producer who has worked with <a href="spotify:artist:1moxjboGR7GNWYIMWsRjgG" data-name="Florence + The Machine">Florence + The Machine</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:25uiPmTg16RbhZWAqwLBy5" data-name="Charli XCX">Charli XCX</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:51Blml2LZPmy7TTiAg47vQ" data-name="U2">U2</a>.
After their latest EP, City Lies, which was produced by the band + Ceah Pagotto (from <a href="spotify:artist:2HNlNnrQiXGCa1UMwLQXNq" data-name="Lumen Craft">Lumen Craft</a>) and mixed by Brent Kolatalo, New York City based Grammy nominated mix engineer and record producer who&#39;s worked with <a href="spotify:artist:3TVXtAsR1Inumwj472S9r4" data-name="Drake">Drake</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:2YZyLoL8N0Wb9xBt1NhZWg" data-name="Kendrick Lamar">Kendrick Lamar</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:163tK9Wjr9P9DmM0AVK7lm" data-name="Lorde">Lorde</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:00FQb4jTyendYWaN8pK0wa" data-name="Lana Del Rey">Lana Del Rey</a>, the band went on hiatus.
