Julia Marie Spadafora Badala is a lyric soprano. Julia has performed with the Florida Orchestra as a member of the Master Chorale of Tampa Bay and has performed at many of Tampa’s premiere venues such as Ruth Eckerd Hall, The Mahaffey Center, The Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center, as well as Raymond James Stadium. Julia has performed as both a Solo artist and in Musical Theater which include her roles as Lucretia Moneygrab in "No Sooner Won Than Wed", Fastrada in "Pippin", Mabel in Gilbert and Sullivan’s "Pirates of Penzance", Antonia in "Man of La Mancha", Zorah in Gilbert and Sullivan's "Ruddigore", Amahl's mother in "Amahl and the Night Visitors", Susanna in "The Marriage of Figaro", Papagena in "The Magic Flute", and Aenncche in "Der Freischutz". Julia has also performed many notable concert solos including The Phantom of the Opera, and has appeared as a dancer/singer in Mame. Julia’s talents span many musical genres and she has performed in many ensembles over her career ranging from classical, opera, jazz , and rock.
