Bio
A songwriter, singer, and musician who loves life, music, motorcycle, friends, and all the good vibes. He was born in September of 1980 in São Paulo, Brazil. He lived his childhood in the charming Campos do Jordão on the mountains. He grew up listening to his mother's voice, a beautiful voice even when singing in the bathroom, and his father's music, a military conductor, whose rich music was played in the local orchestra and in several carnivals. The family of musicians played trombone, trumpet, accordion, and many other instruments. Also, to a great extent, the love for music came from his accordionist grandfather, Mr. João Nato, who passed away before he had the opportunity to meet him, and yet was somehow well known to him. Then, after a few attempts to play the trombone in his father's band, Julio began to play his first guitar, and at that moment, he felt that it was perfect for him. Unfortunately, that guitar was accidentally broken, and he stopped playing for a few years until he moved to another city, and there he met a new friend who was a music professor. Subsequently, his beloved sister gave him a new guitar. Such a lovely gift! And since then, he has played in bands such as Monttana country music, Aloha Forró Pé e Serra, Wave Bossa Nova in Brazil and Desencontros Casuais music group in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Currently, Julio lives in the beautiful Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, where he works and makes music with friends, sending his creations to the world.
