June Green is a transgender queer singer-songwriter and artist.
Absorbed in the beauty of the ugly, fragile and hurtful, they explore and reveal ambiguous existences that transcend the boundaries defined by the society through not only music but also photography, writing, drag, and body movements, refusing to be confined to any singular identity or space.
Like their wandering, floating identity, their music and art transcend genres and styles, constantly evolving without pause.
In November 2022, they debuted as a member of the indie idol group QI.X. The following year, in March 2023, they had their solo debut as June Green. Since then, June Green has performed on stages that celebrate art, diversity, solidarity, and love, such as Korean Queer Culture Festivals, Korea Queer Film Festival, Frieze Seoul Live 2024, and Block Party Art & Music Festival 2024, continuing their journey as a dedicated and vibrant artist.
Recently, they have been deeply immersed in the transformation of their voice, body, mind, and perspective over the past few years, working to bring together the fragments of the past with the present.
