JUNG is made up of brothers Tom and Henrik Ljungqvist. Rooted in classic melodic songwriting, the duo crafts a modern pop sound that blends emotional depth with elements of folk, indie rock, and atmospheric synths. Their music evokes the expansive, heartfelt energy of acts like Bon Iver, The 1975, and Coldplay — cinematic, introspective, and built for both quiet moments and big stages.
Since their debut in 2018, JUNG has released music consistently, including the standout singles “Wasteland” and “Let Him Go” (feat. Clara Mae), amassing over 170 million streams to date. In 2019, they released both an EP and their debut album “Dreamers”, a title that reflects the brothers’ creative vision: to inspire boldness, ambition, and a belief in the power of dreams.
Forming the band was a carefully considered decision — if they were going to do it, it had to be all in. Passion and drive are at the heart of JUNG, and Tom and Henrik are constantly evolving, pushing themselves as both artists and songwriters.
Lyrically, they draw from personal experiences but are just as comfortable telling stories that aren’t their own — giving voice to emotions and perspectives beyond their own lives. Whether they're exploring themes of love, longing, or existential uncertainty, JUNG’s music always carries a thread of hope and light, making it both deeply human and universally resonant.
