Junto started out in 2015 with Mike, Rich and Erich getting together once a week to write songs and build a good foundation. Within 6 months we were introduced to Matt through mutual friends. After a few practices we made him our front man and hit the studio to record the self titled 7". We knew we would need another guitar to fill out the sound, and Jeff fit right in. Once he was up to speed we started playing shows in Seattle and Portland, and within a year we were back in the studio to record the Live To Tell 7".
In 2018 we focused on recording with a few shows sprinkled in for good measure. The early 2019 release of Morior Invictus was christened with a European tour where we played a lot of cool cities and met a lot of good people. That summer we made it to the east coast for a quick weekend of shows with some great up and coming bands.
Unfortunately, Junto called it a day in early 2020 before getting the second full length album recorded.
The only recordings of those songs were from practice sessions...
