The name 'Jurieux' comes from a character in the classic Jean Renoir film, "The Rules of the Game." As the film throughout harbors intense emotional moments and puts feelings on display; the music of Jurieux looks to invoke those same types of emotions in the listener. Jurieux is the exploration of Dark-Pop, Indie Rock, and all the lush intersections in between by Wyatt McLaughlin - who is a founding member of the band The Last Ten Seconds of Life.
