Last updated: 5 days ago

Justyn Ortiz is a next-generation Christian recording artist, singer-songwriter, and minister blending contemporary R&B, Dark R&B, Trap Soul, Afro R&B, and melodic rap with Christ-centered songwriting. His music bridges modern sonic expression and faith, creating a sound that speaks to both the realities of life and the transformative power of Jesus Christ.

Raised in the Highbridge neighborhood of the Bronx, New York, his passion for music began at an early age. A transformative encounter with Jesus Christ while attending Syracuse University ultimately redirected his life and ignited a calling to ministry. That calling led him into worship ministry, where he served as a worship leader and developed a deeper passion for leading others closer to God.

Now based in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, Justyn continues to develop his artistry through atmospheric production, expressive melodies, and honest, faith-driven songwriting. His music explores themes of surrender, identity, spiritual intimacy, and the journey of walking with Christ.

More than an artist, his mission is to use music as a vehicle for ministry, reaching a new generation through sounds they connect with and messages that point them to Jesus Christ. His vision is simple: create music that moves people sonically while drawing them closer to God.
