“Heart On Fire” is the newest record from JW TOBEY and he took his time making it. Formerly releasing 3 records, Tobey scrapped everything and started new. In a season filled with self doubt, illness and much questioning, the album looks at matters of the heart from a few different perspectives to try and pinpoint the loss and pain he’s felt while navigating relationships and a hope for the future.
