Jxse is a highly prolific lyricist and rapper proudly hailing from Tacloban City, Philippines. A member of the underground Hip-hop collective WRYKNTLBT who has attracted a loyal following for their uncompromising narratives. He is inspired by the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Travis Scott, Pop Smoke, Lil Wayne, Seven700 and others.
The young Jxse started off his career as a battle rapper in the year 2012 and then began recording and releasing freestyles in 2016 on SoundCloud. In 2018, Jxse released his debut EP "Kakulop EP" under Region 808. A 7 track EP featuring MAZE and Deadkey, all produced by Crystol. This was followed by the release of his second EP "Sirom Ngan Kapawa" produced by P.O.E. in 2019 and "Flow Ko Ha Track" with Denial RC in 2020.
Recently, Jxse has been working on new music independently. Pushing the #WarayWarayDrill sound in Tacloban. Jxse was also featured in two international collaborations with south african artists Apex on "Shooters" and Nasade on "Gimme Dat Go".
