Making beats in his dorm room at the University of New Hampshire while studying Computer Science, Karl Hamnqvist became a Platinum producer from uploading a beat to YouTube, the song was Madeintyo Uber Everywhere. It reached number 51 on Billboard Hot 100. Travis Scott remixed the song in January 2016, 6 months after the first release on SoundCloud in July 2015. With one more year of college left Karl still would produce for Madeintyo, including Skateboard P, Big Sean was featured on the remix. After graduating with a Computer Science Degree in May 2017, Karl continues to work with Madeintyo, and also worked with 2 Chainz, Migos, Lil Yachty, Yo Gotti, Money Bagg Yo, Blac Youngsta, Jack Harlow and more.
In 2018 Swisha released his first independent single with Madeintyo - Eric Koston. To follow up Swisha released a 40 track instrumental project named "Cook Up" in January 2019. K Swisha is currently working on Cook Up 2.
