K1, formerly known as KikeONE, is a Mexican DJ and producer, a pioneer of Hardstyle since 2001. In 2011, he founded his record label K1-Recordz with the aim of promoting his music and that of other artists from Mexico and beyond within the Hard Dance genre. Currently, the label boasts over 285 releases, and K1 has established himself as an international reference in the genre.
His career includes performances at Mexico’s most prominent stages, such as EDC Mexico, Dreamfields, Aqua Color Fest, Daydream, and WiSH Outdoor.
Since 2022, he has taken his music to Europe’s top stages, with four performances at DEFQON.1 (Netherlands), including the 25th anniversary edition in 2025, and at Tomorrowland’s 20th anniversary in 2024. He has also performed at festivals like Intents, Decibel Outdoor, WiSH Outdoor (2022, 2025), and Dropzone in Croatia, as well as at the iconic Fabrik club in Madrid during the first two editions of Nexus Festival.
In 2021, alongside his team, he created Dedikted, an event that by 2023 had become the most significant Hardstyle and Hardcore festival exclusively in Mexico City.
Additionally, he has releases on key Hardstyle labels such as Scantraxx, Dirty Workz, Q-Dance Music, and Basscon.
