Kady Rain

Heralded as &#34;Austin&#39;s pop queen&#34; by the Austin Chronicle, Kady Rain is on a mission to put Austin on the map as a pop metropolis. Kady creates songs as diverse as her fashion sense, and has performed all around, most notably SXSW international music festival as an official artist as early as 2008 and ACL Festival as an official artist in 2019. Her love for music and the stage started at just 15 years old, where she performed at the legendary Austin venue The Broken Spoke. Her first globally released feature was on <a href="spotify:artist:0i8I843V3VZOzrA4g2kI1r" data-name="Zé Dos Frangos">Zé Dos Frangos</a>&#39; 2007 releases &#34;Slack And Crewel&#34; and &#34;Madeira&#34;. After many single releases (2012&#39;s I Tried, 2015&#39;s Infinity, and 2016&#39;s All I Ever Wanted EP, and more) her long-awaited self-titled full length was released in January 2022. The album has received praise from PAPER Mag, Under the Radar, the Austin Chronicle, Austin Monthly, and more, and achieved top 10 placement at dozens of radio stations across North America. Her music video for Got Away, directed by Jackie Pardue, received 7 film festival laurels, and the music video for her song Famous, directed by Ali Hopson, has also received several film festival nods.
