Kailem Boer is a Vancouver Island-based musician and songwriter whose music blends bombastic pop-electronic elements with delicate acoustic guitar. With a vocal style that is authentic and intimate, Kailem Boer uses his voice to deliver intricate imagery and relatable sentiments. Influenced by Wilco, Arcade Fire, Akron Family, and Animal Collective, Kailem Boer’s musical style mutates and grows as he writes and records, creating music that equilibrates between mature and juvenile, soft and loud, and intentional and serendipitous.
