Kairokid, born Ally Salama, is an Egyptian/Canadian artist based in Toronto. He’s a singer, songwriter, and mental health ambassador for Arab youth across borders. Born 1996, in Cairo, Egypt, Kairokid emerged out of a mental health diagnosis through years of extensive work with his vocal coach, embracing the musicality of his eastern and western identities. Inspired by R&B throughout his childhood + fluent in Arabic, English & Spanish, his passion for great melodies inspire him to make music. In past years, his advocacy has been globally recognized by BBC, Forbes; 30 Under 30 and earning him a board seat as the youngest in the history of the World Federation for Mental Health.
