Kalla

Kalla is a rising force in the riddim and tearout scene. Originally from Rapid City, SD and now based in Kansas City, Kalla discovered dubstep at a very young age listening to artists such as Skrillex and Flux Pavillion. It wasn't until hearing Marauda live that sent them down the heavy dubstep rabbit hole. What started as inspiration quickly turned into obsession — a drive that pushed Kalla to start DJing just over a year ago, and producing shortly after.

In that short time, Kalla has already played across Iowa and Kansas City, earning a reputation for high-energy performances. Blending dark sound design, unique doubles, and an untamed performance style, Kalla delivers sets that are both chaotic and euphoric. Offstage, they’re passionate about fitness, sports, cars, and gaming — all outlets that feed the same adrenaline rush that fuels their music.
