Drummer, guitarist, songwriter and producer Severin from AnnenMayKantereit has entered a new genre - under the alias KANTEREIT. Parallel to great success with his band, the Berlin resident has been secretly working on his solo project for several years. Severin produces electronic beats with organic influences. He has created an atmospheric world out of colorful synths, bass thumps, analog instrumentation and minimalist vocals. Alone in his Kreuzberg studio, KANTEREIT has exhausted sonic experiments and rediscovered his singing voice. He has turned emotional moods into music that incites and caresses, sprints, creeps and stumbles. Sometimes KANTEREIT's songs drift into dark melancholy - two seconds later they invite you to dance again with a four-to-the-floor attitude.
