Behind the name Kappekoff stands bassist and producer Magnus Falkenberg from Oslo. The music is related to the electronic Oslo-disco made famous by artists such as Lindstrøm and Todd Terje, where Falkenberg blends pop music, jazz, improvisation, and electronic music. In 2016, the single "All Day Long" was released, a track that was shared so many times on Spotify that it reached second place on Spotify's Global Viral 50 list, a list that shows "...the most shared, trending tracks across the entire World."
