KARABA is an electrifying force in the global electronic music scene, seamlessly blending her background in dance with her passion for music production. Born in Grenoble, France, and raised in Montreal from the age of seven, she first made her mark as a professional dancer, performing in cultural hubs like New York and Los Angeles. Her talent led her to tour alongside major artists such as Drake, Camila Cabello, Selena Gomez and Chris Brown.
In 2016, KARABA pivoted toward focusing on DJing and music production. With an ear for rare and captivating sounds, she quickly developed a signature style that fuses deep, hypnotic rhythms with a global sonic palette.
KARABA’s genre-defying sets have earned her a place on some of the world’s biggest stages, with performances spanning North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Along the way, she has opened for powerhouse acts like Aluna, Sara Landry and Rampa, further cementing her reputation as a rising star in electronic music.
Her 2024 single “Mad Mess” earned a Juno Award nomination for Underground Dance Single of the Year, solidifying her impact on the underground dance scene. As she continues to push creative boundaries, KARABA released her third EP, a deep dive into the darker, more hypnotic side of Afro house. With a relentless drive and a sound that transcends borders, KARABA is redefining the landscape of contemporary dance music, one electrifying set at a time.
