After beginning her degree in Business at Northern Michigan University, Karlee Metzger’s career path took quite the turn after she auditioned for NBC’s The Voice where she would go on to work with celebrities Miley Cyrus and Blake Shelton. Following her time filming the hit reality competitive show, Karlee decided to leave business school to further pursue her career as a songwriter in Nashville. She has since released a collection of five original songs on her EP called “Something’s Gotta Change”, and is releasing her first full length record in 2024. Metzger’s work embodies the songwriter’s journey toward emotional healing and growth within oneself and creates a warm and welcoming environment for the listener.
