KASH FLOW

Artist Anthony Romero (born October 18, 1998), known professionally as Kash Flow, is an American rapper and songwriter. He is best known for his single "Living in Hell," which peaked at number 1 on the Hot97's next charts, "Gooba Richflows Remix Diss Track, which surpassed 30K views in its first week, and his first album, Richflows Vol. 1. Kash Flow was born in New York. Kash was raised all throughout upper and lower New York and began rapping at age seven, hanging out every day in his family’s home-made studios. Remarking on his time in school, I was the one getting into fights and skipping class." This was where he expanded upon rapping during his freshman year, performing in freestyle cyphers at lunch and singing rhymes. He was kicked out for getting into trouble both inside and outside of school as a sophomore. Growing up, Kash frequently got into legal trouble for narcotics, assault, armed robberies, and gun possession, and after a run-in with law enforcement, he was detained on $50,000 bail. Since his release, he has been working on numerous projects, spending most of his time in the studio making music. On his stage name, Kash reflected in an interview, "I was about my money, so my friends started calling me Kash, and then after I started rapping, it became Kash Flow. Kash has released multiple projects, staying consistent in the game with his singles Batman, Flying with the Angles, Trippin, Aint No Body, and a 10-song album, Kash Flow Vol. 1.
