With an intimate space that feels raw and honest, Kat Davids produces music that seems like a personal note from her to you. Kats’ music is characterised by her own vocals, ambient & field recordings, synths and driving bass lines. Her Debut Release “dust” on Intercept Records was followed by a single release „caldera“ on Tresor Records 2023 with her EP coming in autumn 2023.
Being a music collector since the age of 13, she started sharing her selections on dance floors as a DJ in 2020. As a dancer, it comes as no surprise that Kat Davids' nostalgic sets are inspired by the depth of Detroit, Swing of UK Garage and Body-High Dub house from the 90s. Whether it be holding an intimate atmosphere in the club or letting loose under the sunshine at Open Airs, starting her DJ journey only 2 years ago - she is already known for being the one that gets people out of their seat onto their feet.
