Kate Ross

Canadian Indie artist Kate Ross is making her musical debut with the release of her
single Dear Me. Kate, now 23 years old, has been mentored by one of Canada’s top vocal
coaches and songwriters since she was a teen. It was in her high school music program where
she realized her passion for musical theatre and has been playing the fiddle and violin since the
tender age of 5. Being a singer songwriter has been a dream of Kate’s since she was a little girl
singing in choirs and seniors’ homes, and that dream is finally becoming a reality.

Kate describes Dear Me as a letter to her 17-year-old
self to tell her that even when you don’t believe it's possible that your life will get better, just
need to hold on because when you change your way of thinking, it will. Dear Me, is honest and
vulnerable and the lyrics share her struggle with self image. Her vocal delivery shines through
as she brings you into that moment in time. Kate hopes that her music will connect with others,
