Katie Runnels

Katie grew up in the Phoenix, Arizona area, and is the third of four children. Having a life-long dream of being a singer-songwriter, Katie finally pursued music after graduating from college in 2001. For several years, Katie worked multiple part-time jobs while writing and performing on the side. She played at open mics, coffee shops, and other venues before recording her debut CD in 2010. Katie is married to a wonderful husband, Chad, and is the mother of the most precious dog in the world. Along with writing music, Katie also teaches and is involved in her local community in Arizona.
