One of seven children, Flemish singer/pianist Kato Callebaut was born in Leuven in 1991 and began performing at the age of six, eventually competing at the prestigious Humo's Rock Rally contest as a teenager. In 2011, Kato's ukulele-led audition performance of <a href="spotify:artist:14L5rpGTLVUz1pD8fUeJB1">Eliza Doolittle</a>'s "Pack Up" sent her on her way to a second-place finish in the Belgian version of Pop Idol. After scoring a number one with the rest of the finalists on "More to Me," she scored hits of her own with "The Joker" and a cover version of <a href="spotify:artist:6UE7nl9mha6s8z0wFQFIZ2">Robyn</a>'s "Dancing on My Own" before releasing her debut album, Flamingo. ~ Jon O'Brien, Rovi
