Katrella is a multifaceted DJ, producer, and entrepreneur whose career bridges global stages, radio airwaves, and Miami’s thriving underground. Born in Ottawa, Canada, she began DJing at 17 and quickly rose to prominence, earning multiple “Top DJ” nominations from Faces Magazine and landing major endorsement deals, including Myers Orleans Chevrolet’s CRUZE-ING with Katrella campaign. Her high-energy tech house style took her from Canada to Asia, sharing stages with Tiësto, Alan Walker, Will Sparks, Valentino Khan, Basjackers and many more. In 2018, her track Find Our Way climbed to #1 in several countries, racking up millions of streams.
Drawn to the heart of house music, Katrella relocated to Miami, where she became a resident DJ and radio host on Revolution 93.5. Her long-standing relationship with the station began with guest mixes at 19 years old and grew into The Source with Brainchild & Katrella, a daily show blending music, culture, and conversation. She also launched the legendary Industry Thursdays at Treehouse Miami, creating crossover events that gave underground artists both stage and airplay.
Today, Katrella is the founder of Industry³ Records, a label and event brand dedicated to integrity, authenticity, and artist development. More than just a performer, she is a tastemaker and visionary whose work continues to shape Miami nightlife and inspire the next generation of electronic music.
